3. Moisten hands lightly and form dough into 6 buns, rolls, or shape of choice.
4. Bake on middle rack in oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread. They’re done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun. Allow to cool on rack

Delicious, nutritious, and flavorful

  1. I just made this tonight and all I can say is WOW!! They are a thing of beauty… the taste and texture are the best I have made in the 7 months of my Keto lifestyle journey. I actually had to make myself slowdown because I wolfed down half my burger like I was a starved woman and I’m already dreaming of buttered toast and jam for breakfast. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.

  2. Hi I have to say I make these once a week maybe more if we run out!! These are the best we use them for sandwiches including egg sandwiches hot dogs sausage and peppers hamburgers and even desert with butter and cinnamon we just love them thank you so much I always get excited when I see you come out with something new on you tube!! Can you make more Chinese take out type dishes please xo

    1. I will definitely explore more takeout ideas!!! Thank you for your feedback and so happy your family is enjoying my bread recipe! 😊🌸💖

  3. I made this tonight ,I made them once before and did the six portion and they were great , but tonight I made them as hamburger buns so it was a four count they browned and sounded hallow but they stuck to the parchment paper and were doughy in the center . With them cut in half I just put them under the broiler for a few and they were usable, but do you have any hints for me of what went wrong?

  4. I have made these several times and they’ve been great. Today I tried the same except I used a nut blend flour. More dense but we liked them as well.

  5. These are the best. Any way to adapt to an air fryer? I just got a new toy and love to cook but the heat has been oppressive and I don’t want to hear up the kitchen if I don’t have to. I will if there’s no other way. They are that fantastic!!!

  6. Hi Nancy, I just want to thank you for all the great recipes and for the all the hard work you do to get them to us. I have two questions the first can you double this recipe? The second I bought a bag of the miracle flour and love it and I was wondering if you have tried using it in this recipe if so what would the replacement amount be. Thanks again love your videos

  7. Nancy – you don’t specify if you used nutritional yeast POWDER or FLAKES. Does it matter? I want to make sure I buy the right thing. Thanks!

    1. I am not the person who posted this recipe but I looked it up. The article I read said to not totally replace almond flour with Lupin flour. It said to use 1/2 the almond flour and 1/2 the lupin flour. I am going to try it as I am not a fan of the grainy almond flour.
