Authentic Pecan Pie that is guilt free!

Ingredients
1 recipe Gluten Free, Low Carb & Keto Pie Crust by GnomGnom
* 1 cup almond flour
* 5 tablespoons coconut flour
* 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
* 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1/2 teaspoon lemon or orange zest optional
* 3 1/2 ounces unsalted grass-fed butter cold
* 1/4 cup cream cheese cold
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until crumbly. Turn out on board and form into flat disc. Immediately oat dough into pie plate and up the sides of the pie plate.
For the filling
3 eggs
1 cup Maple Pecan Syrup by ChocZero
1/3 cup white sweetener
1/3 cup Swerve Brown sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup butter melted
1 1/2 cups Pecan pieces
Directions
Add all ingredients except nutsin bowl and mix until combined, add pecans and stir. Pour filling into pie plate and place on baking sheet. Bake for35-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Fabulous! This is my absolute favorite pie now. Even if i wasn’t keto I’d make this over a regular pecan pie any day
I would enjoy making this pecan pie for the first time I just wanted to know if you ever tried doing the miracle flour pie crust with it
What white sweetener do you use? Erythritol seems to make mine a bit gritty. I’m very sensitive to all sugar alcohols except Erythritol, you know, the trot problem, so I sure can’t use allulose and maybe not monkfruit either. Any suggestions?
