Twice Baked Garlic & Herb Crackers

Twice Baked Garlic & Herb Keto Crackers by Keto For Real Life People

Ingredients

1 1/4 c almond flour

5 tablespoons whole psyllium husk

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon sea salt

Seasoning is totally up to you

1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick all purpose Seasoning Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Three egg whites

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

4 tablespoons oil

1 cup boiling water minus 4 tablespoons

Mix dry ingredients together until blended. Add water and mix until incorporated, add rest of wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly about 1-2 minutes. Divide dough into fourths. Roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/8 inch thickness, using knife or cutter cut into desired shape. Sprinkle with garlic & herb seasoning. Dock dough well with fork and place on wire baking rack that has been sprayed with nonstick spray, bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes turn oven temperature down to 250. Allow crackers to cool and place back in oven until crisp.
