Creamy Keto Caramel

True caramel on the Keto diet has been missing and now it is here to stay!! So creamy and delicious, you won’t believe how simple it is to make at home. 



2 cups Allulose (do not sub sweetener) 

2 cups heavy cream  

1/2 cup butter  

1/4 ChocZero Syrup (I used Maple Vanilla but you can use whichever flavor works for you)  

1-1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts (optional) 


Line a 8 or 9 inch pan with foil and lightly grease it with butter or oil. You can also use silicone molds that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. 

Over medium heat in a heavy saucepan combine all four ingredients. Stir to combine and melt butter. As mixture comes to a boil begin stirring constantly until temperature on candy thermometer reaches between 245-250 degrees. Remove from heat and pour into pan or molds. Let set and cool for two hours. Candy can be cut into into pieces and wrapped into squares of wax paper for individual treats for gift giving or kept in a plastic storage container and kept refrigerated.

    In the recipe for caramel it says 1/4choczero does it mean 1/4 cup
