Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken Bombs
4 chicken breast’s
8-10 slices thick cut bacon
3 oz softened cream cheese
3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
AlternaSweets BBQ Sauce for basting
Split jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds and veins. Soak peppers in ice water if you want to remove the heat.
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl and set aside.
Cut chicken breast’s in half and pound til thin about a 1/4 inch.
Fill peppers with cheese, place on chicken and roll up, wrap bacon around chicken. Bake at 375 for one hour or over indirect heat. Start basting bbq sauce during the last 10 minutes.
