This is one of those simple but highly flavorful meals that makes it fun to eat keto!
1/2 pound ground beef
1 bag steamed garlic cauliflower rice
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c diced tomatoes (canned)
1/2 c beef broth
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Brown ground beef and onions. Add cauliflower rice, tomatoes, and broth. Season to taste and let simmer until liquid is absorbed. Top with shredded cheese, green onion, cilantro, or any favorite topping.
