Chili Con Carne

Chili Con Carne is one of my favorite cold weather meals, it is comfort food with a Capital “C”!  


Keto Chili Con Carne

2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup of diced onion

2-3 cloves garlic diced

1 can red enchilada sauce

1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies

1 cup beef broth

1 cup Alterna Sweets Classic Tomato Ketchup

2-4 tablespoons chili powder

1 -2 tablespoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1-2 teaspoons onion powder


Brown ground beef with onions and garlic add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until flavors come together. Top with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, and green onions. Optional: Keto Cornbread is perfect with this meal.
