Nothing says delicious like shrimp swimming in butter, lemon, and your favorite seasonings.
1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
1 stick butter cubes
3-4 cloves garlic minced
herbs and seasoning of choice
examples: fresh cilantro, basil, or parsley. Seasoning: chili powder & cumin, Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning.
Turn broiler on. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread shrimp evenly on pan, dot with butter, minced garlic, and seasoning of choice. Squeeze the juice of one lemon (or more to taste) over the top of shrimp. Slice the other lemon and place on pan with shrimp. Place pan on middle rack and broil for 8-10 minutes until shrimp has turned pink and is cooked through. Remove pan from the oven and toss fresh herbs into the mixture and serve.
