With Fall in the air we must have Pumpkin Pie!!
Pumpkin Pie 🥧
3/4 cup allulose or sweetener of choice.
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 15 ounce can pumpkin purée
2 large eggs
6 ounces almond milk
6 ounces heavy cream
The pie crust
1 recipe 4 Ingredient Miracle Dough
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Make dough according to recipe add 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice.
Shape dough into disc. Roll out into circle. Spray pie plate with nonstick spray. Fold dough in half, place in deep dish pie plate.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine sweetener , salt, pumpkin pie spice in small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sweet-spice mixture. Gradually stir in almond milk and cream. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Place in refrigerator and chill completely, slice and serve with whipped cream.
