Asian Infused Pepper Steak

Keto dinners don’t have to be boring!!! When you are craving Chinese Buffet look no further!!!



12 ounces steak sliced into strips (I used ribeye)

avocado oil for sautéing  

1/2 a red bell pepper cut into strips

1/2 a yellow bell pepper cut into strips

1/2 a small onion sliced  

green onion sliced for garnish  

1-2 cloves garlic minced  

For the sauce  

1/2 cup beef broth  

1 tablespoon liquid aminos  

2 1/2 tablespoons Sukrin Gold or sweetener of choice  

1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice  

1/4 teaspoon black pepper  

1/2 Konjac Root powder  

1 small slice of candied ginger or fresh finely sliced 1 tablespoon chili paste (optional) 






In large skillet or Wok over medium high heat add oil, peppers, onion and a pinch of salt stirring to soften. Toss in garlic and cook for another minute or so. Remove from pan and add a little oil and steak, lightly sprinkle salt and pepper stir together and cook until lightly browned. Add meat to veggies and set aside. In the skillet add broth, spices and Konjac Root, stir and sauté until sauce is thick and flavor is combined. Return meat and veggies back to skillet and toss to coat. Serve over Fried Cauliflower Rice garnish with green onion.  

Makes two generous servings.
