Ketomazing Ham & Cheddar Rollups

Fast food keto style!!



For the dough  

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese  

2 tablespoons cream cheese  

3/4 cups almond flour  

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder  

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast  

1 egg

1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning  


3-4 slices thin deli ham

1/2-2/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese  

creamy dijon mustard  

 1 egg lightly beaten 



Preheat oven to 425.  

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 

In large microwave safe bowl combine all of the dough ingredients. Use your hands to combine together into dough ball. Microwave on high heat for one minute. Stir a couple of times to make sure the ingredients are mixed together. Turn out on baking sheet. With either your hands or rolling pin pat/roll dough into about a 8×12” rectangle 1/8-1/4 inch thickness. Place ham in a single layer over dough leaving a 1/2” around edges. Sprinkle cheese over ham, lightly drizzle mustard as next layer. From short end lift parchment paper and begin rolling dough into pinwheel. Completely seal edges.




Brush top lightly with egg wash. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning and use parchment paper to press fallout on sides. 

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Let set for about ten minutes, slice and serve.
