Chicken Waffles

Flourless chicken waffles will be your new favorite!!



1 1/2 pounds of ground chicken

3 eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

ground pork skins for coating


1/2 cup Alterna Sweets bbq sauce

1/2 cup ChocZero Maple Pecan syrup



Preheat waffle maker. Mix ground chicken, eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper in food processor or by hand thoroughly. Meat mixture should feel loose and slightly wet. For large waffle maker scoop about 1-1 1/2 cups of chicken for mini waffle maker use 1/2 cup. Pat chicken into a patty shape, drop in pork panko crumbs, flip and coat opposite side. Slightly press coating into chicken. Place in waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker instructions.

For Syrup: Mix bbq sauce and syrup together and drizzle over top of chicken waffle, enjoy!!

  1. Making this for the second time. Will fill them with lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos, cheese, and tomatoes… while we can get tomatoes that taste like tomatoes. They reheat well.

  2. Wish you’d include a ‘print recipe’ so I can print the recipe and have it in my kitchen with me while trying to make something.
