Keto Fries

If you’ve missed French Fries look no further!!



2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 

2 tablespoons cream cheese 

1/2 cup lupin flour 

1 tablespoon whole psyllium husks 

1 egg

coconut oil for frying

Optional toppings 

Alterna Sweets Classic Ketchup for dipping

Garlic seasoning 

Everything Bagel Seasoning 

Taco seasoning 

Sea Salt

Season Salt

Mix all ingredients in microwave safe bowl until thoroughly combined and dough forms a ball. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until softened. Turn dough out on flat surface and roll or press dough with tortilla press. Slice dough into “Fries”

In a heavy pan or deep fryer heat coconut oil to about 350 degrees. Drop Fries in batches and cook until deep golden color and crispy, remove and season to taste.
