Craving chocolatey peanut butter cups? Look no further, these are amazing!
I have made these several times and they just get better and better. I have modified this recipe and used cream cheese, an egg, and skipped the heavy cream. For those who don’t or won’t eat a raw egg, no worries, you can omit it. I personally think the egg adds a lightness to the dough and elevates the fluffy factor!
1/2 cup butter
1/2 all natural peanut butter
1/2 powdered erythritol
3 ounces cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg* (optional)
1 scoop Keto Chow Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup protein powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used People’s Keto chocolate chips) for dipping/drizzling
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream. (skip if adding egg)
Finely chopped nuts
coarse sea salt
In large bowl cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener together with mixer on medium high speed until fluffy. Add Keto Chow and mix until light and fluffy. Scoop into small balls and set on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate or place in freezer until set.
Place chocolate chips and cream in small microwave safe bowl, add cream and heat for 30 second or until cream starts to bubble. Remove and stir until smooth. Drizzle or dip fat bombs in/on top. Add further toppings if desired.
