Keto Sloppy Joes
1.25 lbs ground beef
1/2 a medium onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup celery diced fine
1/2 cup Alterna Sweets BBQ sauce
1/2 beef broth
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet on medium heat, add oil, onion, celery, garlic, and a little salt and cook until veggies are softened. Add ground beef and brown. Add broth, vinegar, ketchup, and BBQ sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve on Keto Nutritional Yeast Bread with pickles!! Makes 6 servings * Due to variable ingredients Macros are not available.
