1 1/5 pounds boneless chicken thighs cut in 2” pieces
4 slices thick sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2 cup AlternaSweets Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for sautéing
Place oil in heavy skillet such as cast iron, over medium heat. Cook chicken with seasoning until all liquid from meat has evaporated and is lightly browned, (If making a double batch put chicken in casserole dish). Top with cheese and bacon and place under broiler until cheese melts. Remove from oven drizzle bbq sauce across chicken and top with green onions. Serve with more bbq sauce or favorite dipping sauce.
