Chaffle Two Step

Crispy on the outside and compliments any meal!

On a Chaffle Journey this morning. I wanted something crispy like hash browns so I started playing with ingredients and after a little trial and error I got what I was looking for.

The Chaffle 2 Step

Recipe

1 bag riced cauliflower (precooked for five minutes in the microwave)

2 eggs

1/4 cup lupin flour I use Miracle Flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 green onions (chopped very fine)

Salt and pepper

Step 1 Preheat waffle maker. Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl. Allow to set for one minute. Add 1/4 cup batter to waffle maker. Remove when light goes off.

Step 2 Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Add some bacon fat to the pan. Fry Chaffle about a minute on each side until crispy and golden brown. Serve with your favorite breakfast 🍳 foods!
