Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup cocnut oil
  • 1/4 cup strawberry ChocZero syrup
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry Keto Chow
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
  • Chocolate Shell
  • 3/4 cups sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 10 drops chocolate raspberry liquid stevia

    In medium microwave safe bowl place all strawberry cream ingredients together. Whisk to combine. Microwave for one minute, remove and whisk until thick and creamy.

    Pour into piping bag fitted with small tip or plastic ziplock bag.

    In separate bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. microwave for one minute, remove and whisk until smooth. Add stevia drops, stir.

    Pour into piping bag fitted with small tip or plastic ziplock bag.

    To Assemble:

    Place candy mold on small flat baking sheet.

    Fill candy molds with melted chocolate. Immediately pour back into bowl. Pipe strawberry filling into mold leaving space for chocolate bottoms.

    Pipe chocolate over the top of strawberry filling.

    Using flat spatula scrape off excess chocolate. Place tray in freezer or refrigerator until set. 20 minutes in freezer or 40 minutes in refrigerator. Un-mold carefully, store in refrigerator to prevent melting.

    You can also swap/add sugar free white chocolate chips as an outer shell.
